Water is an excellent energetic conduit on all three Levels of Consciousness. How much water do you drink each day? If not, your overall health may be taking a toll. As an Energetic Alchemist, it is one of two main reasons your manifestations are hit or miss.

 

Why is drinking water important? Drinking water regularly can help you lose weight and think better, be in a better mood, prevent disease, and become an energetic conduit for bringing your manifestations to life faster and more extensively.

 

Why Your Body - Mind - Energy Need Water

 

How much of the human body is water? It might surprise you that water makes up to 70 percent of our body weight. Many people underestimate the importance of water to the body. 

 

The human brain comprises 95% water; blood is 82% water; and lungs are nearly 90% water. Water is the most critical nutrient for health, growth, and development. It is not only the most essential nutrient in the body but also the most abundant. Water is vital to balancing all the body’s systems, including the brain, heart, lungs, kidneys, and muscles.

 

Mild dehydration is also one of the most common causes of daytime fatigue.   Proper hydration is required to maintain healthy blood flow, proper kidney function, sodium/potassium /electrolyte balance, and proper digestive functions.

 

And what does water do for the body? The benefits of drinking water are many: It’s vital for almost every function in the body. Water acts as a building block, a solvent for chemical reactions, and a transport material for nutrients and waste.

 

Water also helps maintain blood volume, allows proper circulation, regulates our body temperature, and acts as a shock absorber for our joints and brain. Water has more health benefits: It helps lubricate our inner organs and maintains healthy kidney function.

 

When adequately hydrated, your mental state is sharp and transparent, making it almost impossible to get stuck on negative thought loops. Also, proper hydration is exactly the conduit your energy needs for conductivity. The more you consistently hydrate, the easier it is to move, think, and energetically align with your manifestations.

By the time you are thirsty, your body is already dehydrated. Once dehydrated, endurance is diminished, strength can drop, you start to feel negative emotions vis negative thinking, and your manifestation flow will stop. The effect can last into the following day(s). Instead of relying on a signal, drink water regularly regardless of whether you’re thirsty.

  • Energetic
